The Department on watch to the Client must like aim take care of the Suggestions, Complaints and Reclamations of each of our clients, related to anyone of the following aspects: - Quality of products (appearance of the reconstituted product and without reconstituting). - Pharmacological Action, Adverse Events: Pharmacovigilance. - Offices: Amounts, Times, Missing. - Served by the commercial area. - And other aspects that the client requires. In addition periodically we are evaluating the satisfaction of each of our clients, through the execution of surveys in which different aspects related to the Quality from the product and the provided service are evaluated. Due to the nature of our company, the department is structured by Chemical professionals Farmaceticos with the competitions necessary to guarantee the suitable Service to the Client. Our Department on watch to the Client must like Mission maintain and improve the satisfaction of each of our clients, offering an attention in the smaller possible time fast and effective answers to each one of the suggestions, complaints or reclamations of the clients of Vitalis. Thanks to the feedback received by our clients we managed to implement in each of our processes actions that entail to the continuous improvement of our company.
